[RPKI] rtrtr package for Debian 12

Hi,

Is it possible to have the RTRTR Debian package in the Debian12 NLNetLabs Repository please ?

Last time I checked (last week) it was only present in the Debian11 repo.
While the debian11 package seems to install and work fine on debian12, it requires some ugly “gymnastics” especially if you want it installed on the same machine as routinator (which DOES have a debian12 package):
 - either configure the repository explicitely to be the debian11 one (not the distro-related one)
 - or take the deb11 package somewhere else and install it with dpkg.
