fix configure.ac typo UNBOUND_CHOOT_DIR

--unbound-chroot-dir is not honoured in the code, it only affects the default config file, so if the chroot setting is removed from this, the code will no longer chroot.

Attached diff fixes this, it's a simple typo in configure.ac.
