Description johani 2009-07-27 13:41:34 CEST
With the following config snippet:

key:
        name: tsig.dnslab.sha256
        algorithm: HMAC-SHA256
        secret: ...

I get a TSIG unknown algorithm error:

[1248482326] nsd[13625]: error: tsig unknown algorithm HMAC-SHA256
[1248482326] nsd[13625]: error: xfrd: zone tsig.dnslab received error code REFUS
ED from 10.0.0.3

Changing this to:

key:
        name: tsig.dnslab.sha256
        algorithm: hmac-sha256
        secret: ...

makes my zone transfers work...

Regards,

Johan
