It would be extremely nice to have a timestamp (time_t is good enough) on
the notify lines in the nsd log, when nsd is logging to a file and not
through syslog.

When NSD log to a file the log message is preceeded by a time_t value
in brackets, eg:
[1127733472] nsd[7848]: error: cannot overwrite the pidfile /var/run/nsd.pid:
Permission denied
